Luxury Hotel Group Construction Project-Decoration Enginee

Job Responsibilities
1. Review the decoration construction drawings (plans, ceilings, elevations, detail drawings) of guest rooms, public areas, banquet halls and other areas, identify drawing problems, cooperate with detailed design, and sort out drawing joint review records.

2. Formulate demand plans for decoration materials such as stone, wood veneer, wallpaper, paint, stainless steel and fixed furniture, sort out samples and technical data for submission, and track the approval progress.

3. Compile or review the construction plans and technical disclosure documents for decoration sub-projects (such as dry-hanging stone, wood installation, wall painting, etc.) and clarify the process standards.

4. Be responsible for the collection and filing of decoration inspection batches, concealed records (such as keels, base courses), material test reports and other data, and compile as-built drawings.

5. Coordinate the interface issues between decoration and civil engineering (elevation/flatness), electromechanics (terminal points, inspection ports), curtain walls (joints) through BIM or drawings, and issue coordination forms.

6. Review whether the decoration plan, material fire rating, environmental performance, etc. comply with SBC, Civil Defense Bureau requirements and international brand hotel decoration standards (such as minimum guest room area, barrier-free design).

Job Requirements

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in Interior Design, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or related majors, hold a valid registration certificate of the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) (Architecture/Interior Design category).

2. Have more than 5 years of experience, or have fully participated in the entire decoration engineering construction process of a large-scale or super-large-scale public building (construction area ≥ 100,000 ㎡, such as hotels, commercial complexes, hospitals, stadiums, etc.), covering the detailed design and construction management of guest rooms, public areas, banquet halls and other areas.

3. Familiar with the installation technology, quality control and on-site defect rectification of decoration subsystems such as walls/floors/ceilings, stone/wood veneer/wallpaper/paint, fixed furniture and stainless steel.

4. Understand the basic requirements of Saudi Building Code (SBC) for decoration engineering and the minimum hotel guest room area standards (standard guest room ≥ 20 ㎡, suite ≥ 32 ㎡), and be able to cooperate with senior engineers to complete the review of detailed drawings and on-site acceptance.

1. Review the detailed design drawings and construction plans of HVAC, water supply and drainage, fire protection, gas and special hotel systems (swimming pool, kitchen, laundry room), and put forward optimization suggestions to reduce costs or improve energy efficiency.

2. Review the technical parameters and submission documents of key equipment such as chillers, boilers, water pumps, fans, air conditioning terminals and fire pump sets to ensure compliance with Saudi SBC and hotel management company standards.

3. Coordinate the comprehensive pipelines, equipment foundations, reservation and embedding and maintenance space between mechanical systems and civil engineering, electrical engineering and hardcover through BIM or drawings, and issue technical instructions.

4. Formulate the joint commissioning plan for the full mechanical system (including HVAC water balance/air balance, fire pump linkage, gas system testing), supervise the subcontractor's commissioning and review the report.

5. Ensure that mechanical design, materials and construction meet the mechanical chapter of SBC, NFPA fire standards, ASHRAE energy-saving requirements and the acceptance regulations of the Civil Defense Bureau/Municipal Hall.

6. Compile the three-level schedule for the mechanical professional, review the technical data, completion drawings and operation and maintenance manuals submitted by the subcontractor.

7. Be on-site during the installation of refrigeration plant/boiler room, the peak period of comprehensive pipeline construction, system joint commissioning and before the hotel management company's opening inspection to solve major technical problems and participate in
