Key Responsibilities
Perform carpentry works for site offices, accommodation camps, workshops, warehouses, and other mining facilities.
Install, repair, and maintain doors, windows, locks, partitions, shelves, cabinets, tables, and other wooden fixtures.
Construct and repair temporary and permanent wooden structures as required at the mining site.
Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, plywood, MDF, and similar materials.
Read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and site requirements before starting carpentry work.
Carry out maintenance of furniture, wooden flooring, wall panels, and interior fittings.
Support civil, maintenance, and facility teams during renovation, camp setup, and office modification works.
Inspect damaged wooden structures and recommend repair or replacement.
Use hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure proper storage and handling of carpentry tools and materials.
Maintain housekeeping in the work area and ensure materials are used efficiently to reduce wastage.
Coordinate with supervisors and other tradesmen such as electricians, plumbers, welders, and masons when required.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules for facility repair works.
Report material shortages, unsafe conditions, and maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Comply with company policies, mining site regulations, and Saudi safety requirements at all times.

Follow all HSE policies, procedures, and site safety rules.
Qualifications
High school certificate or equivalent.
Technical training or a vocational certificate in Carpentry is preferred.
Basic knowledge of construction, maintenance, and carpentry work.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a Carpenter, preferably in mining, construction, industrial projects, camp maintenance, or remote site environments.
Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is preferred.
Experience working at remote camps, site facilities, or industrial workshops is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies
Good practical knowledge of carpentry techniques and woodwork repairs.
Ability to use carpentry hand tools and power tools safely.
Ability to read measurements, sketches, and simple technical drawings.
Good problem-solving and repair skills.
Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
