Key Responsibilities:
Lift Planning: Designing detailed, safe, and efficient lifting plans, including load calculations, rigging arrangements, and site conditions.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring all lifting activities comply with international safety standards and local regulations.
Risk Assessment: Identifying hazards, conducting risk assessments, and conducting inspections of rigging gear and lifting machinery.
Supervision: Coordinating and overseeing crane operators, riggers, and signalers during complex lifts.
Problem Solving: Troubleshooting mechanical or technical issues related to heavy lifting equipment.
