Objectives of the Role:
Provide first aid and basic healthcare to students and staff in case of injury or acute illness.
Ensure a safe environment that complies with national and local health laws.
Promote an optimal level of wellness among students and staff.
Educate students, parents, and faculty on healthy habits and the importance of proper hygiene.
Consult with parents, faculty members, and administrators regarding student care.
Develop and implement health plans for students with specific health needs.
Responsibilities:
Administer first aid, medication, and other healthcare procedures as needed.
Provide referrals to health specialists when necessary.
Maintain records of students’ medical histories and paperwork, particularly for those with chronic conditions.
Develop and execute health management protocols and procedures for both routine and emergency situations.
Educate students on healthy habits and lifelong skills such as proper handwashing and personal hygiene.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare field.
Female candidate is preferred.
Current nursing or first aid certification.
BLS certification (American or Saudi Heart Association).
Ability to assess situations and act quickly.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
