I want to Sublet my one furnished Room with only Indian muslim executive bachelor or small family @ 1300SAR / month (exclude Electricity which will be 1/3rd of total Electric bill which will be shared by Tenant) to with below following things :
1. White color double bed set with 2 drawer & Mattress, with 6 cupboard and dressing Tables
2. 1.5 Ton AC (almost new)
3. 1 Ceiling Fan
4. 3 Seater Sofa
5. 1 Water dispenser
6. 1 bucket with mug
7. 1 Stand Fan
Along with Unlimited Wi-Fi, Spring Drinking water and weekly once Room cleaning Facility will be Provided.
This is confirmed that 2 Month Rent @ amount SAR 2600 will be taken as 1 month Security deposit and one-month advance rent. Herewith, Security deposit will be refundable during Flat vacating after deducting the amount of Room paint and any damage in furniture’s.
