About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead Project Management Consultancy (PMC) assignments. This role will act as the technical and delivery leader, ensuring projects are executed efficiently with a strong focus on quality, cost control, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Project Governance & Leadership
✔ Lead technical oversight of multiple PMC projects
✔ Establish project management frameworks and delivery standards
✔ Provide strategic direction to project teams
Client Management
✔ Serve as the primary technical interface for clients
✔ Conduct project review meetings and stakeholder discussions
✔ Share progress updates and strategic insights
Project Planning & Execution
✔ Oversee project schedules, cost plans, procurement strategies, and risk frameworks
✔ Ensure timely delivery of milestones and overall project objectives
Design & Coordination
✔ Collaborate with architects, structural, MEP consultants, and contractors
✔ Ensure alignment between design and execution
Cost & Schedule Control
✔ Monitor budgets, contractor claims, and financial performance
✔ Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Quality Assurance
✔ Establish and maintain quality standards
✔ Conduct periodic audits and reviews

Requirements
✔ B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
✔ 12–18 years of experience in construction/project management
