Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage ITSM frameworks in accordance with ITIL principles.
• Oversee IT service management, including performance, quality, and service catalogue maintenance.
• Support IT governance initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and manage the execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for technical operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimize IT operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ITSM and IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks (certification preferred).
• Proven experience in service catalogue design, performance management, and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with IT governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) practices.
• Ability to document and enforce SOPs for technical processes.
• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Preferred:
• ITIL certification (e.g., ITIL 4 Foundation or higher).
• Experience in similar roles within large enterprises or government sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
• 5+ years of work experience with ITIL Process Implementation
• 2+ years of work experience with IT Governance
