Key Responsibilities:
Site Inspections & Monitoring: Perform full-time field supervision at vital project sites to ensure 100% compliance with approved safety plans and international standards.
Risk Management: Conduct daily Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA) for critical activities such as heavy lifting, confined space entry, and work at heights.
Permit Control: Manage and issue Work Permits (PTW) for high-risk operations, ensuring all safety measures are in place before activity begins.
Incident Investigation: Lead comprehensive investigations into accidents and near-misses using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Safety Training: Organize and deliver impactful Toolbox Talks, safety inductions, and emergency mock drills for diverse workforces.
Compliance Documentation: Maintain precise records of safety audits, injury logs, and inspection reports, ensuring they are audit-ready for client representatives or government inspectors.
Emergency Response: Coordinate emergency response and accident prevention plans, including the management of first-aid facilities and fire safety equipment.
