The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and coordinating closely with technical and project teams to deliver competitive proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers.
• Analyze project requirements and coordinate with design, estimation, and technical teams to prepare proposals.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial offers.
• Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in related field.
• Strong understanding of BOQs, drawings, and project cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market is preferred.
• English, Hindi & Arabic language proficiency.
