Role:
Manage daily restaurant operations (FOH and BOH)
Supervise staff, scheduling, and discipline
Ensure service quality and customer experience
Control labor cost
Handle inventory and ordering
Maintain smooth and consistent operations
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience as Restaurant Manager or Supervisor
Experience in casual dining
Calm under pressure and able to solve problems independently
Currently based in Saudi Arabia preferred

Compensation:
Salary: 10,000 – 14,000 SAR (depending on experience)
