Civil Structural/MEP Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil / Structural / MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, contract administration, and quantity surveying for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil, structural, and MEP works
* Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
* Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance
* Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison reports
* Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
* 5–10 years of experience in quantity surveying (Civil/Structural/MEP)
* Experience in large-scale construction or industrial projects
* Strong knowledge of cost control, contracts, and procurement
* Proficiency in MS Office and QS-related software
* Good communication and analytical skills

Preferred:

Experience in Saudi Arabia/GCC projects
Knowledge of standard forms of contracts (FIDIC)
