Key Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel bookings, Umrah visas, and transportation requests.
- Manage relationships with existing and new agents.
- Follow up on payments and coordinate with hotels for rates and updates.
- Update sales in the system.
- Assist with documentation and general service tasks.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an Umrah company is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Strong organizational, time management, and coordination skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
