My name is Hamid Naeem. I hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA–IT) along with a Diploma in Information Technology (DIT).I am a detail-oriented Document Controller with over 5 years of experience in managing project documentation, records control, and document lifecycle processes within construction, infrastructure, and engineering projects in Saudi Arabia
Currently working with consultants on infrastructure projects, I specialize in handling technical documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, transmittals, and QA/QC documents, while ensuring full compliance with client and project standards.
I have strong expertise in EDMS platforms such as Aconex, SharePoint, and Oracle, maintaining accurate document registers, version control, and preventing the use of outdated documents across projects.
I work closely with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely document submission, approval, and tracking, contributing to smooth project execution.
