Alrajhi Building and Construction – Riyadh are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented MEP Technical Office QS to join our team and support cost control, quantity surveying, and technical coordination for MEP works.
Key Requirements:
? Experience in MEP quantity surveying (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical, ELV)
? Strong skills in quantity take-off and cost estimation
? Good understanding of contracts and commercial processes
? Proficiency in autocad, plan swift, and MS Excel
? Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications
? Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
? High level of commitment, responsibility, and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
? Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for MEP works
? Support cost estimation, variations, and claims
? Review subcontractor payments and quotations
? Coordinate with Technical Office, Procurement, and Site teams
? Monitor project costs and support reporting
Work Location: In person
