• Supervise maintenance and repair of rotating and static equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, valves, heat exchangers).
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and contractors for maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement reliability improvements.
• Manage spare parts, inventory, and maintenance budgets.
• Prepare reports, KPIs, and maintenance documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of rotating and static equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP).
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of international standards (API, ASME).
