Job Purpose:
To drive business growth through identifying new opportunities, managing strategic client relationships, and overseeing company prequalification and vendor registration processes with government, semi-government, and private sector entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic clients.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close contracts and agreements.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.
Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and networking events.
Maintain CRM systems and manage sales pipeline reporting.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales and performance KPIs.
Prequalification & Vendor Registration:
Manage company registration and prequalification processes across platforms (e.g., Etimad, Balady, Aramco, SABIC, and other major clients).
Prepare, compile, and submit prequalification documentation (technical, commercial, legal, and financial).
Maintain and regularly update company profiles, certifications, and compliance documents.
Ensure full compliance with client requirements, regulations, and industry standards.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather required documentation for submissions.
Track application status and follow up with relevant authorities and clients.
Maintain a structured database of registrations, approvals, renewals, and expiry dates.
Support the tendering and proposals team with prequalification requirements.
Liaise with government entities, clients, and consultants for approvals and clarifications.
Identify new registration opportunities to expand business eligibility and market access.
