Job Purpose:
To produce high-quality architectural drawings, 3D interior and exterior visualizations, and prepare technical tender drawings, while supporting the permitting process with municipalities such as Riyadh Municipality and Balady platform. The candidate must have strong experience in engineering consultancy environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed architectural drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Create realistic 3D interior and exterior visualizations (rendering & modeling).
Prepare and submit architectural plans for municipality approvals (Riyadh Municipality / Balady platform).
Prepare complete tender drawings (Tender Package / Shop Drawings) in coordination with engineering teams.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Codes and municipal regulations.
Modify and update drawings based on client and consultant feedback.
Coordinate with engineers (structural, MEP, civil) to ensure design integration.
Prepare presentation drawings for client approvals and project submissions.
Maintain drawing documentation, revisions, and project archives.
Support design development from concept stage to construction documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in architectural drafting within engineering consultancy offices.
Strong skills in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
Excellent ability in 3D visualization for interior and exterior designs.
Experience in preparing tender drawings and submission packages.
Knowledge of Riyadh Municipality regulations and Balady platform requirements.
Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
