Construction Project Site Madinah – Saudi Arabia
🎯 Job Purpose:
Provide immediate medical care, first aid, and health monitoring for site workers, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and minimizing workplace health risks.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Site Medical Support (Core)
Provide first aid and emergency response for injuries/illness on site
Handle minor treatments and stabilize serious cases before transfer
Coordinate ambulance and hospital referrals when required
🔹 Clinic Management
Operate and maintain the site clinic / medical room
Keep medical supplies, PPE, and medicines in stock
Maintain medical records for all employees
🔹 HSE & Compliance
Work closely with HSE team to support safety programs
Conduct health checks (BP, sugar, fitness for duty)
Ensure compliance with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and company policies
🔹 Health Awareness
Conduct toolbox talks on health topics (heat stress, hydration, hygiene)
Monitor occupational health risks (heat exhaustion, dehydration, fatigue)
🔹 Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly medical reports
Record incidents, treatments, and referrals
Support incident investigations (medical side)
🎓 Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Valid SCFHS license (mandatory)
BLS certification (ACLS is a plus)
💼 Experience:
2+ years as a nurse
Experience in construction site / industrial clinic is highly preferred
🧠 Skills:
Emergency response & first aid expertise
Strong coordination with HSE team
Ability to work independently (very important for site role)
Good documentation and reporting skills
🕒 Working Conditions:
Site-based role (not hospital)
Long shifts / rotation
Exposure to outdoor conditions
