Job Purpose
To plan, supervise, and ensure the safe execution of all lifting operations on-site, ensuring compliance with project safety standards, local regulations, and approved lifting plans.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all lifting activities including cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment on site.
Ensure all lifting operations are carried out in accordance with approved lifting plans and method statements.
Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and signalmen to ensure safe execution.
Conduct pre-lift meetings (Toolbox Talks) and risk assessments before critical lifts.
Verify that all lifting equipment and accessories are certified, inspected, and safe to use.
Monitor lifting activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
Stop any unsafe lifting operation immediately and report incidents.
Ensure proper use of PPE by all lifting personnel.
Maintain records of lifting activities, inspections, and certifications.
Work closely with site engineers to align lifting activities with construction schedules.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred).
Valid Lifting Supervisor Certification (e.g., TUV, CITB, or equivalent).
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in lifting operations within construction projects (hotel/buildings preferred).
Strong knowledge of cranes, rigging, and lifting techniques.
Familiar with Saudi regulations and international safety standards.
Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).

Immediate availability is mandatory. Sponsorship transfer (Iqama transfer) will be processed only after successful completion of 3 months.
