Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting (sanding, masking, priming)
Mix and match paint colors accurately
Apply paint, clear coat, and finishing layers professionally
Ensure high-quality, smooth, and defect-free finishes
Inspect painted surfaces and correct any imperfections
Maintain the cleanliness of the paint booth and work area
Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment
Handle and maintain painting tools and equipment properly
Work closely with the body shop team to meet deadlines
Ensure jobs are completed within given timeframes
Requirements:
Proven experience as an auto painter or similar role
Good knowledge of painting techniques and materials
Attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understanding of safety standards and procedures
