Role Overview
EWC is seeking dynamic, results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing teams across the Kingdom. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for B2B clients, responsible for promoting our world-class portfolio of cleaning equipment. You will spend the majority of your time in the field, identifying opportunities, conducting live product demonstrations, and closing deals to expand EWC market footprint in your designated region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Field Sales
? Active Prospecting: Drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new B2B accounts through cold calling, networking, and consistent field visits.
? Solution Selling: Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical presentations.
? Target Excellence: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through a proactive and disciplined sales approach.

2. Strategic Account Management
? Relationship Building: Develop and sustain long-term partnerships with facility managers, procurement heads, and business owners.
? End-to-End Coordination: Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery, coordinating with logistics and after-sales teams to ensure client satisfaction.

3. Market Intelligence & CRM Management
? Data Integrity: Maintain real-time updates on all leads, quotations, and customer interactions using Zoho CRM.
? Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry shifts to provide actionable feedback to management.
? Reporting: Deliver precise daily and weekly activity reports to the Area Sales Manager.

4. Technical & Brand Representation
? Product Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain expert-level knowledge of EWC technical specifications.

Candidate Profile
? Experience: 2–5 years of successful B2B sales experience. Preference will be given to candidates from the cleaning equipment, industrial machinery, or construction sectors.

? Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
? Technical Aptitude: Comfortable handling and demonstrating mechanical equipment to clients.
? CRM Proficiency: Experience with Zoho CRM or similar sales tracking tools is a major advantage.
? Requirements: Must possess a valid Saudi Driving License and have deep knowledge of the local commercial landscape in your applied city.
