Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive who is currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and efficient coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation
Prepare reports, letters, and other official documents
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars
Support HR and finance departments with basic administrative tasks
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Ensure smooth communication between departments and management

Requirements:

Must be currently residing in Bahrain
Available for immediate joining
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
