📌 Key Requirements:
✔ 12–15 years of experience in blasting & coating operations
✔ Gulf experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Industrial Projects is mandatory
✔ 5–7 years in supervisory or managerial roles
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
🎓 Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in:
Mechanical Engineering
Materials Engineering
Or related technical discipline
🔹 Technical Expertise Required:
✔ Sand Blasting & Industrial Coating Operations
✔ Surface Preparation & Coating Systems
✔ Project Planning & Resource Management
✔ HSE Compliance & Safety Leadership
✔ Quality Assurance & Inspection Procedures
🔹 Preferred Knowledge of International Standards:
• SSPC
• NACE
• ISO
• Aramco Standards
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead blasting & painting operations across multiple projects
• Manage supervisors, inspectors, and operational crews
• Ensure project completion within schedule and budget
• Monitor coating quality, inspection, and preservation activities
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and client specifications
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams
• Conduct operational risk assessments and implement improvements
• Prepare operational reports and monitor productivity
