AI Automation & Agent Engineer
to design and develop AI-powered systems, internal agents, and operational automations across our companies.
You will work directly with management to build practical AI solutions that improve:

Reporting
Estimation workflows
Procurement
Client communication
Maintenance operations
Equipment rental workflows
ERP integrations
Internal productivity

Key Responsibilities
AI Agents & Automation
Develop AI agents for operational workflows
Build multi-step automated processes using LLMs
Design internal AI assistants for different departments
Automate repetitive admin and reporting tasks
Construction Workflow Intelligence
Create systems that analyze:
Site photos
Voice notes
WhatsApp messages
Daily reports
Convert unstructured field data into structured operational insights
Integrations
Integrate AI systems with:
ERP systems
WhatsApp API
Google Workspace
CRMs
Internal dashboards
Estimation systems
AI Infrastructure
Build scalable backend systems
Implement vector databases and RAG systems
Deploy AI tools securely and efficiently
