We are looking for skilled Concreters / Concrete Finishers to join our civil earthworks team. If you are experienced in concrete placement, compaction, and finishing, we want you on our team!
Position: Concreter / Concrete Finisher

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
─────────────────────────────
✅ Place, spread, and compact concrete using appropriate equipment and methods
✅ Finish concrete surfaces to required grade, level, and texture
✅ Operate power floats, trowels, screeds, and vibrators
✅ Carry out curing procedures to achieve required concrete strength
✅ Work from drawings and setting-out marks to achieve correct levels
✅ Assist with concrete repairs and remedial works as required
✅ Adhere to all HSE standards and site safety rules

REQUIREMENTS
─────────────────────────────
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Concreter or Concrete Finisher
Competent in floor slabs, foundations, footings, and structural pours
Experience using concrete finishing tools and equipment
Knowledge of different concrete mixes and their applications
Trade certification is preferred
Ability to work under pressure to meet pour schedules
