Position: FTTH Safety Officer
Location: Riyadh
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily FTTH/OSP site activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and risk assessments for civil and fiber teams.
Inspect work sites (excavation, HDD, ducting, manholes, reinstatement) and enforce safety rules.
Report unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents; implement corrective actions.
Maintain safety documentation: PTW, JSA, checklists, incident reports, and daily HSE logs.
Coordinate with client/consultant for safety audits and compliance with STC/municipality requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Safety.
NEBOSH/OSHA/IOSH certification preferred.
1–3 years experience in FTTH/OSP or construction safety.
Strong knowledge of excavation safety, traffic management, PPE, and telecom site hazards.
Good communication and reporting skills.
