We are looking for a highly responsible and experienced Shop In-Charge to manage complete operations of our retail shop dealing in tissue, disposable, and cleaning products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take full control of shop operations
• Manage daily sales and actively increase business performance
• Handle billing, cash, and customer transactions
• Maintain inventory, stock levels, and ordering
• Ensure proper product display and shop cleanliness
• Build strong customer relationships to boost sales
• Take full responsibility for overall shop performance
Reporting: Submit daily reports including:
• Opening & closing stock
• Supplier payment schedule
• Daily sales summary
• Cash reconciliation
• Any issues / updates
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of tissue, disposable, and cleaning products (must)
• Experience in retail / supermarket / trading
• Good sales skills and customer handling
• Knowledge of billing (POS) and inventory management
• Ability to work independently with full ownership
• Honest, reliable, and result-oriented
• Must know Arabic and English language
