Hadaeq Est. Al-Kharj is urgently looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager for our ongoing and upcoming construction and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a highly qualified professional with strong technical and leadership capabilities to manage large-scale civil construction activities from project initiation to final handover.
Preference will be given to candidates from India and professionals currently working in the Middle East, especially those with Saudi Arabia experience.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 15+ years of experience in civil construction and infrastructure projects
* Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / Diploma in civil engineering
* Strong experience in project execution, site management, and construction supervision
* Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is highly preferred
* Ability to manage multiple project activities under tight deadlines
* Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
* Valid transferable Iqama for candidates currently in Saudi Arabia
* Visa available from India

Job Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all civil construction activities on site
* Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
* Ensure project completion within budget, quality standards, and timeline
* Prepare work schedules, progress reports, and project documentation
* Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization
* Resolve technical and operational issues at site
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and company standards
* Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to management
* Supervise project engineers, supervisors, and site teams
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* Strong background in infrastructure, commercial, residential, or industrial projects
* Experience handling large teams and multiple subcontractors
* Ability to work independently and take complete project responsibility
* Immediate joining candidates will be preferred
