The candidate must have strong hands-on knowledge of different chiller brands and systems available in the current market, including air-cooled & water-cooled chillers, DX systems, compressors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, controls, and associated components.
Requirements:
1) Expertise in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC/chiller system faults
2) Knowledge of chiller control systems, programming, and related software/tools
3) Ability to identify and accurately list defective parts/components
4) Experience in installation, servicing, repair, testing & commissioning
5) Good understanding of electrical controls, sensors, actuators, and automation systems
6) Ability to handle breakdown maintenance independently
7) Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and system optimization
8) Experience with multiple international chiller brands is preferred
The technician must be technically strong, capable of independent troubleshooting, and able to provide effective solutions for complex HVAC and chiller-related issues.
