Job Title: Sales Engineer – Electrical / MEP / Automation

Job Description:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia markets for electrical, MEP, automation, and industrial solutions.
2. Promote company products and services through client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
3. Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with estimation and engineering teams.
4. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors to ensure repeat business.
5. Follow up on inquiries, tenders, and RFQs to convert leads into confirmed sales orders.
6. Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential customers in both Pakistan and Saudi Arabia regions.
7. Coordinate with internal teams including estimation, procurement, and project execution to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
8. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining proper sales reports, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
* 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales
* Knowledge of electrical, MEP, automation, and industrial products/solutions
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
* Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals
* Familiarity with Pakistan and Saudi Arabia markets is preferred

Experience Required: 2–3 Years
