We are looking for an experienced, self-sufficient Cake Chef who can handle our cake section completely from A to Z — independently, with no supervision needed.
📋 What You Will Handle (Full Responsibility):
✔️ Sponge & batter making from scratch
✔️ Baking & oven management
✔️ Cream preparation & filling
✔️ Ganache, buttercream & frosting
✔️ Fondant making, covering & sculpting
✔️ Cake decorating — floral, themed & custom designs
✔️ Managing custom orders & client requirements
✔️ Maintaining hygiene & cleanliness in the kitchen
✔️ Handling stock & ingredients responsibly
✅ Who We’re Looking For:
• Someone who can work independently from Day 1
• Strong experience in all stages of cake making
• Skilled in fondant, sugar art & creative decoration
• Able to manage orders, deadlines & quality on their own
• Reliable, serious, and passionate about baking
• Portfolio/photos of previous work is a must
