1. If university graduate, totally minimum 7 years inspection experience;
If high school diploma, totally minimum 10 years inspection experience.
Out of mentioned working experience above, minimum 3 years of QC supervisor experience.
2. Experience shall cover installation and pre-commissioning of rotating equipment, static equipment and package equipment.
3. Working experience shall be related to one of industry of oil, gas, and petrochemical, infrastructure, communication. Oil and gas or petrochemical will be preferred.
4. Experiences in Saudi Aramco projects is preferred and highly recommended.
5. Competent to organize and manage QC inspectors to cover inspection job on site, to coordinate with construction and QC manager to close NCRs, to directly report to QC manager.
6. Shall be certified API 510/API 653-Pressure Vessel Inspector.
7. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Work-related engineering codes and standards, such as ASTM, API, IEC NEMA, UL, FM NFPA, ASME BPVC (Section I,V,VIII and IX); ANSI/ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8 and B73; NACE SPs, API 620, API 650 and AWS D1.1.
8. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of mechanical process systems inspection and testing; procedures, tools and test equipment used in receiving, storage, erection, construction and Pre-Commissioning of diesel engines, pumps, compressors, motors and generators, gearboxes, auxiliary cooling and lubrication systems, packaged process equipment, pipe, pipe fittings, valves, pressure vessels, fired heaters, structural steel, hot/cold insulation and other equipment and commodities as required for the WORK.
