We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead financial reporting, IFRS compliance, management reporting, month-end close activities, audit coordination, and financial controls for a leading organization in the aviation sector.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• CPA / CA / ACCA (Mandatory)
• 10–12 years of finance experience
• Minimum 5 years in Financial Reporting leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and technical accounting
• Experience in financial statements, management reporting, audits, reconciliations, and compliance
• Experience with aircraft financing, lease accounting, and complex reporting environments preferred
• Oracle Fusion ERP experience desirable
• Aviation/Airline industry experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Manage month-end close and reporting timelines
• Prepare management accounts and board reports
• Ensure IFRS compliance and technical accounting governance
• Coordinate shareholder, lender, and financing reporting
• Strengthen financial controls and balance sheet reconciliations
• Lead audits and regulatory reporting
• Develop and mentor the financial reporting team
• Drive reporting automation and process improvements
