We are seeking a skilled BMS & CAFM Operator to join our Facilities Management team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring Building Management Systems (BMS), managing CAFM operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring the efficient operation of building services.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and operate BMS systems including HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire alarm, and other building systems.
Respond to alarms, faults, and system notifications in a timely manner.
Create, assign, and track work orders through the CAFM system.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and service providers to ensure timely completion of work orders.
Maintain accurate asset records and preventive maintenance schedules.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from BMS and CAFM systems.
Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements.
Support energy management and operational efficiency initiatives.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in BMS and CAFM operations.
Knowledge of BMS platforms such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Johnson Controls, or similar systems.
Experience with CAFM software such as IBM Maximo, Archibus, Planon, FM:Systems, or equivalent.
Strong computer skills and report generation abilities.
Good communication skills in English and Arabic
Ability to work in shifts if required.
