Resteraunt Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front-of-house and back-of-house teams in delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you'll coordinate daily shift operations, supervise and motivate staff, uphold service and hygiene standards (HACCP and FIFO), monitor food quality and presentation, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

You'll also handle cash reconciliation, manage stock levels, train new team members, and step up to lead in the manager's absence. The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting, strong leadership and communication skills, and a genuine passion for great service.
