• Monthly sharing cost: 1250SAR (must pay 3 months advance)
• Internet, electricity, and water bills will be shared fairly among tenants

I try to maintain a simple, peaceful, and clean lifestyle, and I kindly prefer tenants who are comfortable with the same:

• Pakistan or India national only.
• Someone who lives a simple and modest life
• Silence-loving and respectful of others’ privacy and rest
• Prefer a religious / spiritually inclined person with good manners
• No friends’ gatherings or parties in the apartment
• A person who minds his own business, friendly but not intrusive
• Clean, responsible, and respectful of the home
