Responsibilities:
Inspect civil works such as excavation, concrete, formwork, rebar, masonry, and finishing works.
Verify that construction activities comply with approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct inspections and prepare inspection reports.
Review material quality and ensure approved materials are used on site.
Monitor concrete pouring, reinforcement installation, and testing activities.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and construction teams regarding quality issues.
Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions.
Maintain quality records, inspection checklists, and test reports.
Ensure compliance with project quality plans, procedures, and safety requirements.
Attend site inspections with clients and consultants.
