Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and assist in the production of healthy hot meals, fresh salads, sandwiches, and other menu items.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations at all times.
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
* Assist with stock rotation, ingredient preparation, and kitchen organization.
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.
Requirements:
* Experience in preparing healthy cuisine, salads, sandwiches, and hot food dishes.
* Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
* Well-organized, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
* Ability to maintain a clean and efficient workstation.
* Baking knowledge and experience are an added advantage.
