Government Relations Officer (GRO) –

Job Purpose:
Handle all government-related work for company vehicles, ensuring compliance with Bahrain laws and Ministry of Interior (MOI) requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the company representative with government offices, mainly MOI
• Manage vehicle registration, renewals, transfers, and cancellations
• Arrange vehicle inspections, insurance, and required documents
• Handle number plates, permits, and traffic-related applications
• Track traffic fines, violations, and accident reports
• Keep updated records of all company vehicles and documents
• Coordinate with internal teams on fleet management and vehicle changes
• Ensure all renewals and government tasks are completed on time
• Stay updated on traffic and transport regulations
• Maintain good communication with government authorities

Requirements

• Experience in GRO work in Bahrain
• Knowledge of MOI vehicle and traffic procedures
• Familiar with vehicle registration and fleet processes
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English (preferred)
• Valid Bahrain driving license
• Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Bahraini national only
