China Railway is seeking highly qualified and experienced Senior Technical Mechanical & Electrical Engineers to join our prestigious construction projects.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer.
Proven experience in High-Rise Building Projects.
Proven experience in 4-Star and 5-Star Hotel Construction Projects.
Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, design coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on site.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate MEP activities with civil, architectural, and structural teams.
Ensure installation works comply with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of M&E activities.
Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction.
Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project management teams.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and international construction standards.
Important Notice
Candidates without High-Rise Building and 4-Star/5-Star Hotel project experience will NOT be considered.
