Roles & Responsibilities
Section Leadership: Take full ownership of your floor section, managing table timing, service flow, and junior staff.
Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional service, build rapport with regulars, and resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
Team Support: Eventually train new waiters on service standards and help lead pre-shift briefings to keep the team motivated.
Menu Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and flavor profiles to confidently guide guests.
Upselling & Sales: Naturally suggest add-ons (starters, desserts, upgrades) to maximize revenue without pressuring guests.
Operations: Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar regarding orders, VIP requests, and allergen requirements.
Hygiene & Standards: Ensure strict compliance with Saudi health regulations, Halal guidelines, and restaurant grooming standards.

Basic Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years in restaurants, including 1 years in a senior/lead role, preferably in Indian or fine dining cuisine.
Skills: Strong English communication skills (Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is a plus) and proficiency with POS and reservation systems.
Certifications: Must hold or be able to obtain a Level 1 Food Safety certificate and possess advanced training in fine dining service.
