This position is strictly for candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia only.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all Front Office operations, including Reception, Guest Relations, Concierge, and Bell Services.
Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Lead, train, coach, and motivate the Front Office team.
Monitor daily operations, occupancy levels, and room availability to maximize revenue opportunities.
Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales, and other departments to maintain seamless operations.
Prepare operational reports, analyze performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and health & safety regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of Front Office experience, including at least 2 years as a Front Office Manager in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
Previous experience working within a hotel group or multi-property environment is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and lead high-performing teams.
