● Advise the business on a wide range of legal matters including corporate law, labour law, partnerships,
international ventures and corporate finance
● Provide accurate and timely legal guidance to management and business stakeholders on commercial matters
● Lead negotiations and drafting of commercial agreements including supplier agreements, PSP agreements, licensing agreements, NDAs and marketing agreements
● Support the business on intellectual property and licensing matters
● Liaise with external legal counsels on jurisdiction-specific matters including litigation, enforcement and licensing applications
● Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures
● Support M&A activities in collaboration with the management team
● Assist with legal training and guidance for internal teams and stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Law degree (LLB required, LLM considered an advantage), preferably from a UK university
● Qualified Attorney admitted to the Bar in the country of origin
● Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience
● Previous in-house Legal Counsel experience is mandatory
● Experience within regulated industries will be considered an advantage
● Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures
● Fluency in English, both verbal and written
● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
● Previous iGaming and licensing experience will be considered an advantage.
