● Manage a portfolio of clients and drive sales activity
● Build strong, long-term relationships with clients via phone and email
● Drive deposits, re-deposits, and trading activity
● Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
● Provide market insights and platform guidance to clients
● Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
● Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
● Collaborate with internal teams including compliance and support.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Native / fluent in French with outstanding communication skills. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
● Proven experience in a Telemarketing and Sales role within an FX/CFD brokerage
● Excellent closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
● Solid understanding of financial markets and trading platforms
● Ability to work under strict regulatory frameworks
● Target-driven with a consistent track record of performance
● Strong communication and relationship-building skills
● Ideally already based in Limassol.
