Requirements:
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in steel fabrication and welding
* Skilled in fabrication, assembly, cutting, grinding, and welding of structures
* Ability to read and interpret fabrication/shop drawings
* Experience using fabrication tools and workshop machinery
* Strong attention to detail with high-quality workmanship
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Immediate joiners are preferred
