We are hiring an experienced Admissions Manager to lead student enrolment and admissions for a premium K–12 school offering CBSE and Cambridge Curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive admissions strategy and achieve enrolment targets.
• Counsel parents on CBSE and Cambridge curriculum, subject choices, and academic pathways.
• Manage the complete admissions lifecycle, from enquiry to enrolment.
• Lead school tours, open houses, and parent engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with academic, marketing, and finance teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
• Monitor admission MIS, conversion ratios, and compliance with board guidelines.
• Lead and mentor the admissions counselling team to achieve business and service excellence.
Desired Profile:
• Postgraduate degree in Education, Management, Psychology, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6–12 years of experience in school admissions, preferably with CBSE, Cambridge, or IB schools.
• Strong understanding of admissions counselling, CRM, enrolment planning, and parent engagement.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• Experience with premium or international school chains will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
