China Railway is seeking an experienced and results-driven MEP Quality Control (QC) Manager to join our team for prestigious construction projects.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 20+ years of experience in MEP quality control and quality assurance within the construction industry.
Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
Mandatory experience in 4-star and 5-star hotel construction projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, quality standards, inspection procedures, testing & commissioning, and international construction codes.
Experience with QA/QC documentation, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), material inspections, and project handover procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
⚠️ Important:
Applicants without proven high-rise building and 4-star/5-star hotel project experience will NOT be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage the MEP Quality Control (QC) program throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all MEP installations comply with project specifications, contract requirements, applicable codes, and international quality standards.
Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, material submittals, and quality documentation.
Supervise and lead MEP QC engineers and inspectors to ensure effective quality control on site.
Conduct inspections, witness testing, and verify the quality of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Protection systems.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and preventive actions to ensure timely resolution.
Ensure all testing, commissioning, and project handover documentation is completed accurately.
Conduct internal quality audits and ensure continuous compliance with company QA/QC procedures.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance and minimize rework.
