Project Scope
The project includes the review and estimation of the following systems:
Lighting System
Small Power System
Power Distribution System
HVAC Power System
Cable Routing & Cable Tray Systems
Conduit & Trunking Systems
Earthing & Grounding System
Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
Panel Schedules
Electrical Rooms & Distribution Boards
Coordination with Mechanical and Architectural Drawings
Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for:
Reviewing all Electrical and MEP AutoCAD drawings.
Studying project drawings, specifications, and related documents.
Performing a complete and accurate Quantity Take-Off (QTO).
Preparing a professional Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in Microsoft Excel.
Measuring cable lengths and calculating all required electrical materials.
Identifying discrepancies, missing information, or design conflicts and preparing RFIs where necessary.
Providing material schedules for procurement and tendering.
Supporting technical discussions during the tendering stage.
Providing technical support during project execution, if awarded.
Required Experience
We are looking for companies or contractors with:
Proven experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, or industrial electrical projects.
Strong expertise in Electrical Quantity Surveying and BOQ preparation.
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and electrical systems.
Experience preparing BOQs for lighting, power, HVAC power, cable infrastructure, earthing, and distribution systems.
Ability to deliver accurate quantities within the project schedule.
Experience working with consultants, contractors, and project management teams.
