About the Role
Build Event Company is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Officer – Construction Division to join our growing team in Riyadh.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our project portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, supporting tender submissions, and driving sales within the construction sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the construction industry.
Approach contractors, developers, consultants, and project managers.
Promote the company's services and secure project opportunities.
Prepare quotations and assist with tender submissions.
Follow up on proposals and convert opportunities into projects.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Conduct client meetings and site visits.
Ensure excellent customer service and encourage repeat business.
Market Intelligence
Monitor upcoming construction projects and tender opportunities.
Track competitor activities and market pricing.
Provide market insights and recommendations to management.
Reporting & Performance
Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline.
Submit weekly sales activity reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
3+ years of sales experience is construction industry experience is mandatory
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Arabic is preferred; English is required
Open to all nationalities
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong business development and client management abilities
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Good understanding of construction industry practices
Basic knowledge of quotations and project costing
Professional presentation and customer-facing skills
