Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Interior Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee the execution and installation of interior fit-out works for custom woodwork, joinery, and interior finishing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising installation teams, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining project schedules, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Experience in joinery manufacturing and installation, particularly within the GCC, is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all on-site interior fit-out activities, including joinery, wooden furniture, wall paneling, doors, partitions, ceilings, wardrobes, kitchens, and other custom woodwork installations.
Ensure all installations are executed according to approved shop drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with the factory production team to ensure timely delivery of manufactured joinery items to project sites.
Plan daily site activities and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and installation-related issues promptly.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with project schedules and report progress on a daily and weekly basis.
Monitor material usage and minimize wastage during installation.
Verify site measurements before production and installation.
Ensure all work complies with Saudi building regulations, project specifications, and safety requirements.
Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards on-site.
Maintain proper documentation, including site reports, inspection records, material requests, and work completion reports.
Assist in snagging, testing, commissioning, and final handover of completed projects.
Supervise and mentor installation teams to improve productivity and workmanship.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in interior fit-out supervision.
At least 3 years of GCC experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
Proven experience in joinery manufacturing and installation projects.
Experience with luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, or corporate fit-out projects is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes and installation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and joinery shop drawings.
Knowledge of wood materials, laminates, veneers, solid surfaces, hardware, and finishing systems.
Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and project documentation.
Good understanding of project scheduling and site coordination.
Knowledge of quality control procedures for interior fit-out works.
Understanding of HSE requirements and safe work practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in custom joinery, millwork, and furniture manufacturing.
Knowledge of Saudi Aramco, Royal Commission, or major developer project standards is an advantage.
Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Frequent travel to project sites within the Kingdom as required.
Work may involve extended hours to meet project schedules.
